Cannova Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Cannova website (the “Site”) and purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Product and Service Information

Cannova sells automotive interior accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and related products. We also provide installation and customization services in Toronto and the GTA.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and service details are for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we are not liable for errors in pricing, product details, or availability.

Due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and vehicle variations, actual colors, textures, and fitment may differ slightly from images displayed on the Site.

Custom or personalized products may not be refundable once production or preparation has started.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have the legal right to use the payment method selected.

 

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities or decline orders in our sole discretion.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize Cannova to charge the specified amount for your order and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

5. Services in Toronto and GTA

In-person services such as installation, consultation, or customization are available only within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust service areas, availability, or pricing at any time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable and accessible for installation services. Cannova is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, wear, or defects.

6. Appointment Cancellation

In-person services such as installation, consultation, or customization are available only within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including logos, designs, text, and images) is the property of Cannova. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Cannova is not liable for:

 

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Errors or interruptions in the availability of the Site.

  • Losses arising from the use of or reliance on the Site or its products and services.

  • Damage caused by improper use or installation by the customer.

9. Service Quality

We strive to provide professional and high-quality workmanship. If you believe our service does not meet reasonable standards, please contact us within the warranty period specified in our Refund Policy (7-day workmanship guarantee for eligible installations).

10. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and related conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes

Cannova may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
